Lyrics:
Incite a riot, put yourself in a trance
You rotate the frame in a world you rely on
A scar, a line has been drawn in the sand
Behold the life, the boundaries fools will crush
The greatest miracle
Is burning to the ground
Onto the next stage of the plan
Mourn the witness of the wind
A hand full of thunder
Will rise one last time
There’s fire in the sky
You’re in the Amazon
The greatest miracle
Is burning to the ground
Godly Amazonia
Bloody Amazonia
Mighty Amazonia
Killing Amazonia
Burn the land
Learn the end
Burn
Another Gold mine is unveiled
The source of our sorrow
Learn
Embedded in these walls of green
Is the curse that we follow
There’s fire in the sky
You’re in the Amazon
The greatest miracle
Is burning to the ground
Mighty Amazonia
Killing Amazonia
Godly Amazonia
Bloody Amazonia
This is their best music video.
The new roots bloody roots!
Obrigado pela atitude ,,Gojira👍🏻
Mano, bateu saudades do old sepultura agora! Obs.: nada contra a fase atual.
How to be heavy while not being heavy
*This song makes me want to agree to the terms and services without reading them.*
I am Brazilian, sad but true reality. Amazing song! Enjoy Gojira Forever
Man I just started listening to these guys two weeks ago and this so far is my favorite song, it has such a nice sound to me
I also made a donation, so awesome what you guys are doing!
Djaw harp and Didjeridoo
Where do I sign?
Beginning sounds a little bit like Attitude of Sepultura
Obrigado, GOJIRA!

Du bon Métal Collapse 🤘

Reminiscent of Killing Joke mid 90's, I like it!
This song is such a banger
Gorijas fazendo a lição de casa de brasileiro.
That bass 🖤
The instruments sound SO good in this song! Well done to all! 👏🏻
Ah yes this is why I’m here
Great music and action! Btw... it would be good to mention that around 90% of the Amazon deforestation is due to animal farming, both to open fields for the cattle (and sell the wood from the deforested areas) and to grow soy, corn, etc to feed mainly animals in many countries. If we care about the Amazon forest, its people and animals, we have to stop consuming products (and the beings) coming from there! Please do your research.
A desgraça move a arte.
another gojira song with the galloping guitar, nothing new?
Roots! Bloody Roots!
This is my new favorite band , Gojira # 1 !
Children of Bodom.
I was thinking the exact same thing. Sepultura approves.
this became oone of my favs from gojira very quickly
At 1:30 you see the aboriginese people in trafitionnal garn. But then the feet, and flipflops. Honnestly super powerfull symbolism. If you think of the human as a tree, then the roots, the point of connection with the earth, are the feet. The aborigenese people that were once one with the earth now uprooted disconnected from it, by fucking plastic flipflops. What a better representation of consumerism, assimilation, colonisatin, than god damn flipflops (in this context). Kick ass music✊.
please folks go donate for brazils indigenous people!
Yeah!
at 3:01 a tree falls down and Mario gives the sound effect of three trees falling consecutively at 3:03. Intentional or not, it's awesome.
🔥💚🔥💀lml
Who dislikes this? Crazy people?
Respect from Brazil! Thanks gojira!
If you like this, listen to 'North Star Of Nija' by Orbit Culture
3:15 it's not the amazon
Brazilians outside the bubble are well aware of the interest of foreigners in the Amazon. The Amazon is from Brazil and the rest will be fucked.
Metal needed this 🤘🏻
É bom
Now I wanna jam some SoulFly
Roootttttssssss .. bloody roootttssssss ... oups pardon xD
AMAZING SONG , MAX CAVALLERA APROVES!!
Por exemplo, curto muitas músicas do Scorpions, bon Jovi ou Trivium e adoro músicas pesadíssimas como Stripped, Raped and Strangled ou She Was Asking for It do canibal Corpse, mas essas músicas do Gojira me soam enfadonhas.
This has got to be thee most blatant Killing Joke rip-off ever.
I am super excited for this album to come out!
Gojira do Bra.. France
Obrigado!
Amazonia Bloody Amazonia
Uuuaauu ficou incrivel
Yes, play your electric guitars powered by the burning of fossil fuels while you complain about the environment and make money to spend on frivolous things. So brave. Pure cringe.
Hey! I know you! You're the "Greta ate plastic packed bread, so she can't talk about environment" kind. Once you have emitted CO2 you're not allowed to point out problems, right? At least they don't pollute minds like you do.
Gojira what a great song! And what a great form of speak for our brothers and our planet that unfortunly the crazy "Big business" are destroying this great world!!! Good bless You guys of gojira!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽loves You!!!
Can't get this song out of my head
Max cavalera.... very proud!!!! Masterpiece!!!!!
"Backbone" changed me
Gojira, bloody Gojira! Epic!
Tira o olho do nosso pais!
Gojira are great but did nobody tell them those fires were just miss-reported farmland burn offs?
Not a fan of gojira but this sounds good.
Berimbau
These guys deserve a Grammy
Amazon Bloody Amazon
QQuem protege acaba morrendo
Where The Frenchs Florests
I dig it ,it's cool. The distortion seems a bit lacking, but that's just my opinion.
Humanitarian and Conservationist Metal 🤘🌎 super excited for fortitude!
You fellas always do it sooo well. Every track I've heard off the new album is so good. Can't wait!
*berimbau intensifies*
Ministry Flashback, Nice
Doing more for the Amazon florest than the president
thank you for supporting the indigenous cause! Because here in Brazil we lack
For a second there I thought I was watching a sepultura video
@loran freitas TMJ
Porra cara, falou tudo! Estamos em uma época bizarra da música...
This song slaps. I love the genuine anger towards world events. its refreshing.
Powerful mate, just fucking powerful
cadê os brasileiros q sentem orgulho disso? dkbdksjdk
Revisiting Sepultura - Guardians Of Earth after this...
Destroy Kapitalism!👊
Bloody roots
Amazing Amazonia Song
the name was misspelled, it is Amazônia
Damn...the Sepultura vibe of the intro is the perfect tribute to this song and it's theme!!!!
As a brazilian I agree that amazonia should be preserved, but we are a third world country and preserving such a big piece of land has a great cost economically speaking, we all can agree that we rather spend on the Brazilians that are starving. I think that if the world is so into preserving the amazon, each country should contribute with some revenue, because is a quite unfair to demand such a huge investment from a poor country that have bigger problems such as starvation and very low educational levels. Send money to help us monitor the place and give minimum living conditions to the people on the region so this way they wont need to resort to deforastation. Is very easy for people in developed nations to look down and demand things from us. I was very lucky to be well educated and have food here. The problem is a lot more complex than just preserving the forest, the deforestation is just the reflex of our shitty economy and a shit ton of other problems.
@3rdfriend The soy farming here is a weird thing. It was introduced on Brazil almost for exportation only because we don't have the culture for eating soy like asian ppl do (the average brazilian dont even know soy is food). China buys like 90% of the production, big farmers keep 100% of the profit, get rich AF and the rest of the soy is used to feed our cows and make dog food while 10% of the population live in misery. Although most of it is not grown on the amazon but in the wetlands and savannas on the south, we could use that land to grow more usefull stuff. That's just how much unequal this place is due to historical reasons.
I live in Germany and got to say, that it is ridiculous how we feed what grows on the sacred amazonian grounds (soy) to our animals, while your people are starving. I never gonna understand that. The main problem is that we as the people don't feel any power to change that. Some demonstrate, some even go into politics and try to stop that - but in the end majority of people doesn't care, because other problems (covid, staying in work, paying rents) *seem* to be important. It needs time until the generations who do care are in power - time we cannot afford. It is such a shame. The first world countries all profit from the poor countries being poor. If you were not, we couldn't buy cheap meat, cheap electronics, cheap everything. I don't want to answer my future children's question "why did you do that?". But I have to.
@Bayou Burner In fact through history the US has been one of the least interested countries in the development of latin america because we are easier to control when we are weaker. The numerous military coupes the the US sponsored in latin america are just the tip of the iceberg. They want us to keep exporting commodities at a low price to them so they can focus on beeing a superpower.
@Bayou Burner The US is not really helping much, we have a funding for saving the amazon and the countries that contribute the most are Norway and Germany, or at least they used to contribute cause our president screwed up our diplomatic relations with them and they stopped sending help. About the BR goverment beeing the one to blame for beeing corrupt, yeah that's kinda true but not entirely, we actually did the math for our losses due to corruption and even if there was no corruption, the problem here would be far from over without international investment.
Problem is your government-That sent “money” would never reach the folks who need it. I’m sure the good ol’ US is sending funds and crooked politicians are filling their wallets. The main problem is no one cares until it effects their every day life. Viscous circle.
